How we began...
Meet Ed, the founder
Starlings was started by Edward Starling in the Summer of 2022. An Exeter local, he left Cardiff University in 2019 to work as an accountant at KPMG in Bristol.
He soon realised the corporate world wasn't for him and decided to follow his dream of starting his own foodie hospitality venture in the heart of Clifton.
