About our Private Events
Welcome to our venue! We are excited to offer free hire of our space, making it easy for you to host your next event without any additional costs. Our carefully curated drinks and food menu is designed to delight your guests and your experience. Let us help you create unforgettable memories in a beautiful setting!

Event types: Standing Corporate events, birthdays, weddings etc.
Capacity: 85 people
Timings: Starlings is available for private hire from 5:30pm - 10:30pm Monday - Saturday.
Offering: We offer the whole space exclusively to you with a wide range of drink and catering offerings. We have a speaker system that allows you to play your own playlist for your event and allow personal customisation of the space to your special event.
Drinks offering: We have a wide selection of wines, beers, cocktails and soft drinks.
Catering: We offer seasonal food menus focussed around bold flavours that are tailored to standing events.
Pricing: We ask for a £300 deposit to secure the date for your event. We also require £1000 to be spend in advance of the event on pre-bought drinks packages and/or catering.

Engagement Party - September 2026
“We hired Starlings as the venue for our engagement party and it could not have been better... We put up extra fairy lights, but the venue is already so pretty it didn't really need it. The staff on hand on the day were fantastic - all my guests commented on how lovely and friendly they were... We had around 55 guests and the space was perfect.
The venue hire was FREE - with only a minimum bar spend, which was met before we hit the half way point of the evening so could not get better value for money. I will 100% be coming back to have events here in the future. If you are choosing between here and another venue... pick this one."

"Starlings hosted us for a private event for my 30th birthday. Ed was amazing at communicating in the lead up and left me loads of flexibility to make the event how I wanted. The staff on the night were really attentive but left us feeling the space was ours and the food was brilliant! Would definitely recommend Starlings for private events!"
